Refund policy

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. Once prepared/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of sweets, refunds are only issued for:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged products upon arrival
• Non-delivery due to courier issues
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
• Non-Refundable Items: Customized, opened, or partially consumed products cannot be refunded.
